Happy but tiring day

Hey all! What did you do on your Saturday?I cut the grass, worked in the garden, picked some beans, and took my Mom to the grocery store. I managed to stop in one of my favorite thrift stores...more on that later. Then, I came home, transplanted some basil, had dinner at Mom's, chased down 2 dogs that always seem to get away from me, (they're finally home now-very stinky and wet), sat on the deck for a while.

saturday was a 10 hour work day for me then this morning I was up at 4.30 to sell crapola at the flea market. Your garden looks lovely, so relaxing!

Love the planter in the first picture! Fabulous you have all that growing in your garden too. Home grown is best! :)

I worked. I always work. Every day is Monday to me. People tell me it must be "fun" to work from home. I laugh and wish them into the cornfield like that kid did in that one Twilight Zone episode lol...

Love your things. I wonder if I will ever have time for a garden again?

50's Atomic-that's exactly why I ignore the work at home offers! I know myself too well! That's funny about the Twilight zone...I often quote the alien one where everyone in the town is paranoid, "we don't have to attack, they're doing their selves in". Linda, you know I am a flamingo maniac! Thanks, Dolly-I'm cookin' up a mess of green beans today! Kitty- do you do flea markets every weekend? Sounds awful early 4:30?

Oh my God I love that Flamingo planter!

Thanks Coconut! A lady at work gave me her whole collection! The legs have to be hot glued, but it's still cool!

I was helping my friends get married on Saturday! Lots of decorating and organizing! It went off without a hitch, well...except for them getting hitched! It was a wonderful weekend...now for some REST!
