My best friend finally got to visit this weekend! We have been "vintage partners in crime" for years! When she gets tired of something - I get it! This weekend she brought me this cool floor radio and a couple of chenille bedspreads!
Then, we went to my granddaughter's 4th and 5th birthday party. It was a bowling party...retro lockers there were awesome turquoise! 
We didn't thrift much, but I did score an Ice O Mat, and the bottom white radio is a find from a couple of weekends ago! All in all a great weekend. Hope yours was fab!

Thanks guys, and yes, Delia, the radio comes on but I think I need a new tube. Gonna check that out this week! It picks up air force bands, all different countries, etc.!

You mentioned in your comments that you thik you need a tube for your radio. I wonder if you can find one on Ebay. I have seen them at auctions before.
I have never tried an Ice O mat. Do they work good?
I hadn't thought of looking on ebay for a radio tube! Thanks Mecky! Yes, the Ice o Mats work great! It's just that my hands are not as strong as they used to be! And, we are all used to fridge icemakers! LOL!

Oh I know Amber! Isn't she hilarious? That's my grandkids cousin! They were supposed to be having fun! LOL! But I think the day was too long for her. Of course, every picture taken of me and my cousins was similar! Someone was always pissed ouff, making a face, etc!!
