My favorite time of all is the weekend, after everything is done and the sun begins to set on Zootsuit bungalow. The light comes through the bamboo shades and illuminates my vintage goodies, making them look all the more mysterious and romantic.This look in old movies is, I think, what hooked me on the retro vintage style. I'm trying to make things more tropical for Spring and Summer, the weather has been so nice! I forget it is only the end of February.

I love that time of day too. The light in the house gets all golden and dreamy. SO nice! I'm sorry to hear about your car. My own old car is getting an engine rebuild right now. Old cars are cool, but not always reliable, that's for sure :-) Good luck in your search!
We call that time of day "the golden hour" here at the Casablanca. I hate to hear that abotu your car, but if you get a newer dependable one does this mean a roadtrip in the future?! Hand in there Deb ;)
Yes, Mick! It definitely does! This car gets great mileage~Can't wait to take it out for a trip! I do want a car someday that's vintage, but practicality won out! Gotta work,ya know~
