The dog days of Summer have been upon us, and Ziggy thinks it was way past time for a cool change! So this morning, I woke up to some clouds, a little sprinkle and lower temps! Yeah! I even felt like cleaning before midnight. Changed things around to make it less "heavy" feeling. I put my saucer chair in the living room, and my new pink and black formica end table! Chenille bedspreads, formica, open windows and a nice tune on the radio! These things all say Summer to me!
Well, I even opened up some windows!

I love it when it cools off enough to open the windows! Looks like my house with all the sleeping, only mine is a cat and me!!
You know it's the animals Kitty! LOL! They own me too! They allow me to live with them. Yes, Linda, it was a much needed break in the temps! Our little pets are a joy, aren't they?
Awww your doggies are all so sweet. They are doing exactly what my Boxers doing.. He's sprawled out in front of the fan on the living room floor. *lol*

It's just disgusting here in southern Mississippi weather-wise--hot, humid, stifling. What I wouldn't give for just a brief moment of coolness that isn't a/c, but we'll have to wait until late October for that. All my two dogs and cat do these days is sleep with the occasional quick foray outside for "business", but they demand to come back inside soon thereafter! Hey, I saw your comment on Kitty's blog about Grease A Rama happening in September--when is it and where is it? Sounds so fun!!!!
Grease a rama is on Labor Day weekend! You should come! I'd love to meet you! We'd have a blast! They have it at a drive in movie, bands play, cars, etc...!!
I'm afraid to mention the weather here has been sort of "cool" compared to what it usually is, for fear of jinxing it lol. Low - mid 90's instead of 100-110.
But cool enough to move the stuff from the pink room closet into the master bedroom closet, and working in the pink room which has far too much "stuff".
Meanwhile my cats sprawl out back in the afternoon heat, ready for it to be Fall!
