On the shelves there are circles with little holes that (I think) are so the plants can drain? Anyway, it was a great deal, and I just had to have it. I can think of lots of places to use it, bathroom, porch, deck, etc. Anyone else seen one before?

Yea, I've seen it too, but I'm trying to think what it was on! I put it on the front porch and set some of my "less precious" flamingos and swans on it. Looks cute...pix later. Thanks guys for all your comments!
