MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!! Ok, you would think I did something- 

My Summer obsession is over. Hope to get back to reality and start decorating for the Christmas holiday. I will post some Halloween (belated). Taking it all down today. I wonder how many of my old friends are still blogging?

Happy Summer! Haven't posted in a long time. Hope everyone doing well. I am into my Kansas City Royals baseball obsession Got a late start around here with all the rainy days, so haven't really got to do much gardening. I will post when I get my patio finished...going for a fifties, sixties feel. There is a bar b que grill made out of bricks that I hope to restore and start using..Until then! ZOOT

Hey all!!! I have 2 new blankets from the thrifts. I am so excited to have a new focus for collecting. Blankets can add such a stunning touch to a blah bed, and can be used in alot of ways. Right now we are having snow and cold. Last week it was in the 70's. So we need warm blankets. I saw the gold and roses one and nabbed it at Salvation Army this weekend. It matches the guest room decor.

Also... these finds...New chair pads 99 cents a peice add color to my chairs. I like them because they are fruit patterned.

Great way to cheer up a kitchen in this cold weather until Spring comes!! It makes me happy to see my cute bright colored kitchen in the morning when I  have my coffee!! Well stay warm and show me your bright colored kitchenwares!!

Hello all! Happy Sunday! I have had a basement disaster that involved raw sewage spewing on everything. Been cleaning and sorting. Thought I would take a break and see my doggies.I salvaged two panels of barkcloth, but they didn't do well in washer. Baby was upset so she took a nap. LOL

Not much at the thrifts, but did find a great mint condition sixties bedspread for 3.98! Maybe I will use it when I redecorate for Spring!

Return of Zmama!! Update on kitchen

I know...it's been ages. But - I plan to start blogging again. I hope some of you are still out there that used to visit me! I didn't have home internet for a long time and now I do. Didn't like trying to blog on my phone....I am an old fogie I guess. Here is my latest formica table, (One of way too many). Couldn't pass it up for $10.00!  I haven't really posted a good picture of my little Fridgiaire fridge either. Lovin' it...
